C.O.R.E. - The CORE Organization is Creative Outreach Reinventing Expression- Our motto:  Think. Feel. Create. We provide arts enrichment and wellness programs throughout the east bay area.  Through our team of professional teaching artists and programs in both the fine arts and performing arts we strive to work with all students and “consciously transform through the creative arts. Classes are open to all students in the Tiverton school district as well as our surrounding communities. Classes meet once a week for an hour and a half for 8 week sessions in the FALL/WINTER/SPRING.  Class fees vary, and scholarships are available. CORE is: "consciously transforming through the creative arts." 

Child & Family RI- At Child & Family we hold two core beliefs; that individuals and COMMUNITIES THRIVE when supported by STRONG FAMILIES.

Code.org- Code.org® is a non-profit dedicated to expanding access to computer science and increasing participation by women and underrepresented minorities. Our vision is that every student in every school should have the opportunity to learn computer science, just like biology, chemistry or algebra. 

Copernicus - We're a dedicated group of skilled STEAM practitioners providing coding, cyber security, and wireless communications training to Rhode Island teachers.

Division of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) - Partner with families and communities to raise safe and healthy children and youth in a caring environment.

East Bay Community Action (EBCAP) – EBCAP is a private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation that provides a wide array of health and human services to the residents of Rhode Island’s east bay including the municipalities of East Providence, Barrington, Warren, Bristol, Little Compton, Tiverton, Portsmouth, Middletown, Newport and Jamestown. As part of special contract obligations some of EBCAP’s programs serve residents outside of the east bay area.

East Bay Educational Collaborative - EBEC actively seeks out and develops state-of-the-art programs and services from the national stage that support the mission of the EBEC and imports them to advance the learning community. EBEC strives to maintain a dynamic system of support services that continuously responds to the needs of the member districts. 

Governor’s Office on Innovation -  The Rhode Island Office of Innovation functions as the catalyst for accelerating innovations in our state and redesigning government to be more efficient and responsive to citizen needs. We use non-traditional strategies to advance this goal forward: including creating public-private partnerships, launching challenges, elevating great work, storytelling, and supporting human capital. But most importantly, we work with local partners to break down traditional silos, cultivate trusting partnerships, and leverage resources.

Lions Club -  Whenever a Lions Club gets together, problems get smaller. And communities get better. That's because we help where help is needed – in our own communities and around the world – with unmatched integrity and energy.

Newport Mental Health - Newport County Community Mental Health Center provides trauma informed evidence-based services to children, adolescents, families, and adults who are experiencing problems with mental illness, substance abuse or stress in their lives that would benefit from counseling and other behavioral health services and supports. The agency uses a person-centered approach to care offers individuals a chance to achieve a better quality of life and recovery from emotional challenges. They also provide training and support for our faculty.

Parent Teacher Committee/Organizations - Our Elementary and Middle Schools have several volunteer groups that assist with fundraising through volunteer opportunities. For more information please follow the link(s) below:

Rhode Island College -  A regional public college, Rhode Island College personalizes higher education for undergraduate and graduate students. RIC offers programs in arts and sciences, business and professional disciplines within a supportive, respectful and diverse community. Dedicated faculty engage students in learning, research, and career attainment, and support our teachers with in class training and consultation.

Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE)This agency supports districts, schools, educators, and families in providing equitable educational experiences to students.

Rhode Island Department of Health - The mission of the RI Department of Health is to prevent disease and protect and promote the health and safety of the people of Rhode Island.

Rhode Island Parent Information Network - Our mission is to assist individuals, parents, families, and children to achieve their goals for health, education, and socio-economic well-being by providing information, training, education, support and advocacy for person/family centered care and system change. RIPIN’s vision is that individuals, parents, and families will advocate for themselves, ensuring that their needs for health, educational, and socio-economic supports are accessible. We envision systems that produce better outcomes for the individual, family, child and community.

Rhode Island STEAM Center -  We're a dedicated group of skilled STEAM practitioners providing coding, cyber security, and wireless communications training to Rhode Island teachers.

Roger Williams University -  This local university aims to develop students who lead fulfilled lives by ensuring they acquire and develop the knowledge, skills and habits of mind necessary to become reflective, responsible individuals who interact with society in mutually rewarding ways. Each year, several student teachers from Rogers Williams University train under the direction of educators in our schools.

Salve Regina University -  Salve Regina University is a local university founded by the Sisters of Mercy. The University offers a comprehensive education with a liberal arts foundation that fosters the development of each student’s individual talents. Each year, several student teachers from Salve Regina University train under the direction of educators in our schools. 

TEMPO -  An independent 501c (3) organization that exists to support the Tiverton Middle School and Tiverton High School Music programs through fundraising efforts by volunteers.

Tiverton Athletic Boosters -  The Tiverton High School Athletic Booster Club supports, encourages and advances the athletic programs at Tiverton High School. We provide services and equipment that are not covered by the THS athletic budget. We are a 501(c)3 organization.

Tiverton Education Foundation - The purpose of the Tiverton Education Foundation is to raise funds through donations, grants, and fundraisers to be used for enrichment programs within the schools in Tiverton in order to stimulate students' academic achievement and enrich their learning environment.   For more information, please call (401) 418-0600

Tiverton High School Athletics Hall of Fame - The intention of the Tiverton High School Athletics Hall of Fame is to recognize the athletic achievements and contributions of the high school’s many dedicated athletes and friends. The Hall of Fame was established in 2012 and will hold its fifth annual induction ceremony in the fall of 2017 during its annual Homecoming celebration. The Hall of Fame intends to be a “Friendraiser” not a fundraiser.

Tiverton Public Library -  The Tiverton Public Library includes a community meeting hall, cafe, children’s library, teen room and exterior public courtyard spaces. The library is located within close proximity to the Town’s middle and high schools, and it is designed as the primary meeting place and focal point for our community.  There are several programs and downloads available by age group.

Tiverton Prevention Coalition -The Tiverton Prevention Coalition envisions a community that embraces and promotes the health and safety of all its residents, and is working toward achieving that vision through education, partnerships, and community collaboration.

University of Rhode Island -  The University of Rhode Island is our state's public university, committed to enriching the lives of its students through its land, sea, and urban grant traditions. URI offers undergraduate, graduate, and professional students the distinctive educational opportunities of a major research university. Each year, several student teachers from URI train under the direction of educators in our schools. 

Up With School Arts - Up with School Arts has sponsored Tiverton Elementary music since its inception in 2007! They began the THS mentorship program for the Elementary Strings Orchestra. They sponsored all 8 years of the Tiverton Summer String Camp. Folk musicians such as Atwater & Donnelly and Mary King have performed at all 3 Elementary Schools. They have paid for the 3rd and 4th graders tickets to the New Bedford Symphony Orchestras' Young Peoples' Concert. They branched into the art department and, pre-covid, sponsored the tickets for 4th graders to tour the RISD museum. Recent THS graduate, Grace Peckham, was our first student PR writer, earning community service hours for her published newspaper articles. And in the school year 2021/22 they sponsored needed materials for the Elementary String Orchestra, performances at all 3 schools of the New England Percussion Ensemble AND purchased materials for the TMS art departments' ceramics unit. ANY teacher/administrator is welcome to download the sponsorship application for ANY program that will include any of the arts including, but not limited to: music, visual arts, dance, theater, creative writing. For the school year 22/23, we have added an interactive "Kids Corner" with writing and drawing prompts that will be posted on our website each season.

Van Beuren Charitable Foundation -  Having contributed over $67 million to the Newport region since its inception, the van Beuren Charitable Foundation is a strong strategic partner to our district and our region's charitable organizations. The foundation is committed to strengthening the community.

YMCA of Newport County - The Newport County YMCA is an association of people of all ages, ethnic origins, religious affiliations and socio-economic levels. The basis of the association is founded in Judeo-Christian values and its purpose is to significantly improve and positively influence the quality of life and social wellbeing for our members, our families and our community. Emphasis is placed on the whole person through the programs and activities that help develop spiritual, mental and physical well-being.
